MT - Machine translation is prone to having mistakes, then what is its value in Chinese learning?
Although machine translation is not very exact, there are grammar errors in the resulting English sentences usually, it is a good aid in learning Chinese words and phrases joined with the feature of Chinese-English phrase mapping. You can first infer the meaning of a word from the English translation of an entire Chinese sentence. If it is difficult, then move the mouse over it in the Chinese sentence, the corresponding phrase in the English sentence is highlighted.

If fail, move your mouse over "出生", you will see that "出生 在" and "was born in" are simultaneously displayed in yellow background in Chinese and English sentences respectively. This lets you know not only the meaning of "出生", but also that "出生 在" is an useful Chinese phrase.
